Our Team
Pamela Williams, Managing Director
Recently promoted to Managing Director of the CBOC, reporting to the board of directors, Pamela is responsible for the programs, staff, and strategic direction of the CBOC, in collaboration with CBOC members and the CBOC board of directors and executive committee.
Pamela Williams embarked on her journey in workforce development at the age of 16 when she joined the ranks of a small non-profit organization in the neighborhood where she grew up, known as the Community Educational Service Center (CESC). Joining CESC ignited a lifelong passion for helping others and the purpose she discovered there has led her to spend her career helping others.
Pamela joined CBOC in 2022 and has done an exceptional job managing CBOC programs. Under her leadership, CBOC members have helped over 1,200 people find quality jobs, delivered critical trainings to member staff, and managed over a dozen hiring fairs, resource fairs, and other events. The board of directors is excited to move forward with Pamela’s leadership.
